The Indian Health

We are all worried about health aren't we? When we are little our parents make us eat this and that (usually the yuck stuff viz. the salads, the veges, the fruits) and we are like oh we want chocolates, ice creams, pizzas, and yes burgers!! We think we are thin so why would we eat all that crap veges. Hard luck! And then comes the time when we get that cute looking round extra thing jutting out from the belly and we panic!!!! But after a look at our fat friends we think I am not that fat.... It'll go away.

Slowly and gradually that cute little round thing grows and with it we see fat in other parts of our body as well. We don't fit in our churidars, our shirts won't button up and yes those jeans... how will we ever fit in them? This time the panic sets in for real and we rush to the internet to find ways to redeem ourselves. We start reading blogs, articles, write up anything with a hope that they will help us and what do we find there? Loads and loads of crap. Most websites offer to sell costly health drinks that are yuck to taste. Crash diets are another thing we do not want to follow. Eating only fruits for an entire week won't help us lose weight. It will only add to our health problems.  And do we wanna go for a jog? Nah! We lazy people won't even go for a gym session everyday. We pay them well and then stop going after a few days. the health blogs, and website do have good diet plans but they are definitely not good for Indians. Where will we ever find those foods? Have you ever heard of fennel? friends its only 'Jeera'. Funny isn't it? So, in frustration we stop doing everything and let the wrath of time devour us and turn us into those fat not ugly not hot but only cute teddy bears.

Well my friends you have nothing to worry about. I here have sought out a really good food habit. Yes I say food habit and not diet because the food I will mention here is just the everyday food and nothing else. We eat everyday don't we? But due to our everyday hectic routine it becomes impossible for us to eat the right quantity at the write time. We just gotta do that. And yes water. Drink it everyday and t
least 4 to 5 times a day.

So here's the plan.... It does not really matter when we wake up. Star this plan half an hour after you wake up. (Eg:- If you wake up and 10 a.m., start eating at 10:30 a.m. If you wake up at 6 a.m., start eating at 6:30 a.m.) But we gotta follow a routine. We cannot be irregular. Eat breakfast everyday. Don't miss it. It is my earnest request friends.

Believe me following this I have lost 4kgs in just 21 days.

Here goes:
(I am mentioning my time but you gotta eat just according to your own)
(But the duration of gap between two meals should be the same)

6:30 a.m.:- Two to three cream cracker biscuits + (Optional) a cup of tea without sugar. You may add sugar free and the tea should be without milk.
(Gap:- 2:30 hrs )

9:00 a.m.:- Two almonds

(Gap:- 2hrs)

11:00 a.m.:- 1/4th cup(150 gms) Flattened rice (chivda) or cornflakes with 1/2 cup curd.

(Gap:- 2hrs)

1:00 p.m. :- 1 cup rice, 1 cup vegetables, 1 cup dal, 70 gms chicken or fish.

(Gap :- 2hrs)

3:00pm:- 1 fruit viz. Apple, Guava, Mousambi

(Gap:- 2hrs)

5:00 pm:- 1 cup muti with cucumber, tomato, onion salad. No chanachur or oil.

(Gap:- 2hrs)

7:00 pm:- Tea without milk and sugar with one cream cracker biscuit.

(Gap:- 3hrs)

10:00 pm:- 1 roti, 1 cup vegetables, 70 GMs of chicken or fish

Try this for at least a month and you are bound to get results!! Believe me I got it.
