Diganta Dey, a young and talented filmmaker is now known for his realistic documentary of a film named ‘Roadside Scientist'. The documentary narrates the story of the  life of Sukomol Basak who won the President Award for his innovation on water conservation as well as self dispensing water system. But even after this he lives in poverty in a distant village of North Bengal without the valuation or implementation of his work.

This documentary is made with the typical emotions, that will lead you to think if life it is really about  ‘money over fame’ for all common man of India.
